How do we start?

After you've contacted me, I will suggest some time for a free chemistry meeting of 30mins-1 hour. This allows us the opportunity to discuss your needs and the right approach for you. From there we'd agree the frequency and format of sessions and get going.

Where are sessions held?

I Coach online (via zoom) and in person. I am based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and can meet clients in Abu Dhabi or Dubai at an agreed location.

For clients in other locations I meet online or can travel  by arrangement. I travel to the UK several times a year and meet UK clients in person whenever possible.

How does coaching differ from mentoring or therapy?

Coaching differs from mentoring and therapy in several key ways. While mentoring involves a more experienced individual guiding and supporting a less experienced person in their career or personal development, coaching focuses on helping the client find their own answers and achieve their specific goals. Therapy, on the other hand, often deals with addressing and healing past traumas or psychological issues, whereas coaching is forward-focused on creating positive changes in the present and future. My approach involves partnering with clients to identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and develop actionable plans to achieve success in their careers and personal lives.

Do you offer pro bono work?

Yes, I work on a voluntary basis with organisations and individuals. If you feel you would benefit from working with me but are unable to afford coaching please contact me to discuss.

How much are sessions?

Accepted Answer

Please contact me directly and I will share details with you of the packages of sessions. Initial chemistry calls are free with no commitment and I am happy to recommend other Coaches to contact so that you can meet a number of people before proceeding.
